For quick service please make reservations by phone, not by email. Please note that we can also offer service to surrounding areas. We operate a full-service tour company. Arizona Sunshine Tours can provide in-bound guests with customized tours and deluxe transportation. Groups are welcome! RESERVATION PROCEDUREWe offer 24 hour phone service.
In order for us to take your reservation, there are a few key pieces of information you need to have ready:
1. We will need your flight arrival or departure time. For domestic flights during normal hours of traffic we recommend a pickup 3 hours before your flight. For international flights we recommend a pickup 4 hours before your flight.
2. Your flight number if you are arriving at the Tucson
Airport. It is imperative that you provide us with this
information to keep track of your flights status. If you are
departing, this information is not necessary. For departures
we will need an exact address or the name/room number of your
hotel.
3. A contact number for your pickup from Sierra Vista. If possible, also provide us with a cell phone number for all Airport pickups so that we can contact you upon you arrival and in case we have trouble locating you.
4. Please make all reservation AT LEAST ONE DAY in advance for pickups during regular travel times. For pickups during holidays, special events and peak seasons, please book as soon as you have your flight info. RSVP's are treated on a first-come, first-served priority, so please book early to guarantee your times and scheduling!
